Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Unopened products

Unopened items in their original, sealed condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. For the safety and integrity of research materials, opened or unsealed vials cannot be accepted for return.

Non-returnable items

Bacteriostatic water, consumables, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
